Urban Nest Homes, LLC was founded in 2014 by Randy Reitz and Jason Willis. We don’t mass produce homes like many of our competitors allowing us to give each homeowner the ttime and attention they deserve. We define a successful project as a balance of esthetics, efficiency, quality, budget, time and most importantly SATISFACTION. We believe that all our homes, regardless of price, should be built with the highest level of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Randy Reitz
Randy grew up in the construction industry, working for his grandfather throughout most of his youth. His grandfather instilled in him a hard work ethic and a passion for the industry. Randy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, earning his degree in Construction Technology. Upon graduation, Randy worked for a high volume builder in Edmond, OK for nearly four years. During this time he gained a great respect for client satisfaction, as well as an expanded knowledge of material estimating, project and time management. Randy has managed well over 100 builds in his career and is most proud of the two St. Jude Dream Home builds in the Oklahoma City market. Randy and his family live in Newcastle, OK.

Jason Willis
Jason Willis is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, earning his degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Management. After several years of working in the telecommunications industry, Jason opened and began operating his own small business, Pure Joy Home Theater. During his ownership, he ran all aspects of the business including sales, installation, inventory management and payroll. He is most proud of his collaboration with TimberCraft Homes on the 204 and 2015 St. Jude Dream Homes. His drive and success are directly related to his understanding of the importance in building a successful client relationship. Jason and his wife, Julie, live in Yukon with their two children.
